Perfect location for visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel.

Amazing place, fairly clean, great value. Neat and brand-new units with a sofa, microwave and fridge, as for instance, and extremely friendly staff. Variety of good options for meal. Good customer service. Early check-in. Amazing overall experience...

I appreciated its incredibly friendly and outstandingly accommodating employees.

Had a very relaxing stay during visit to Outlets and The Glen, everything was very convenient. Hotel's breakfast was fine and good with scrambled eggs and vegan options, for instance and could satisfy any taste. The location was ideal and favourable, not far from lake view restaurants, several areas, and the Finger Lakes attractions.

Family-friendly hotel worth a visit

I gotta say the breakfast buffet was amazing, with all sorts of hot and cold options. It wasn't just your basic fare, they had scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, and even fresh fruit, made our mornings better.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but seriously, relatively acceptable for what we got.

The Inn is suitably located and is easy to access. Staff was very friendly, food was good, swimming pool clean and refreshing. Nice big parking lot.

Very dated, loud fan and air conditioner. Windows were very dirty, not very sound proof.

central spot for exploring trails and historical parks

I really appreciated that everything I wanted to see was within walking distance-It's a Wonderful Life Bridge was just about a 30-minute stroll away, and the Women's Rights National Historical Park was also nearby, perfect for my weekend walk through this beautiful city.

The hotel's location was perfect for our family trip, and we appreciated the space in our room. Comfortable beds ensured we all had restful nights. The restaurant on-site was a pleasant surprise, with a great variety of meals.

My kids wished there were more options at breakfast, like yogurt and fruit.

Place was okay. It is in need of an update and feels damp. Front desk was very friendly and the breakfast has lots if selection.

Cleanliness lacked in elevator and halls, No regular coffee all night or the next morning. No breakfast.

Somewhat close to the dump, but fortunately the wind was from the right direction. Breakfast not included,but rarely,if ever, is in Holiday Inn.

Room was very comfortable, amenities were nice, staff was very polite and helpful. Very clean.

Breakfast staff was wonderful. The food itself was extremely, extremely greasy. I've never had an omelette that was swimming in grease. I thought the room price for the location was totally out of line, double what I paid my prior visit within 5 miles.

This Holiday Inn was so accommodating to travel with our pet. They respected our privacy and allowed the pet in the room without supervision. All rooms were pet friendly which was awesome since most hotels have designated rooms that sometimes are not as nice. Not the case here! Kudos and thank you to Holiday Inn Waterloo!

There was no designated pet relief area so we walked to the back of the building. There needed to be more trash reciprocals as well.

Room felt clean and spacious. Pool area still under maintenance. Lots of parking available. Could hear noise from other guests at night.
